Control Valve Diagnostics is Our Business. Black Diamond Engineering doesn’t sell control valves, re-manufacture valves or offer valve repair services. We don’t have a valve product line to defend or a valve engineering legacy to justify.  We just offer the tools and the training needed to determine the real performance of your control valves. BDE is a small, independent company and a responsive vendor. Our agile business format allows us to quickly and efficiently reshape our organization’s size, skills and focus to responsively meet the current needs of our customers. We Are a Resource for Your Company BDE was founded in 1995 with the business goal of bringing portable, practical computerized control valve diagnostic products to the control valve marketplace. BDE is the independent source for this type of equipment. Our customers include paper, chemical, power and petroleum facilities, valve service companies, valve oems and valve re-manufacturers located world-wide.
